Taska was a New Zealand born girl and our first White Shepherd. She was a beautiful short-coat with the true shepherd nature. She was protective over her family and property, whilst still being friendly and outgoing with all who to whom she was introduced. She proved her patience with children and adults alike. She produced three litters of beautiful puppies with various males, to whom she has been a great mother. She was a much loved member of the family.

Sadly Taska was retired from breeding in 2015 and rehomed due to aggressive behaviour towards one of our other dogs. She went on to live a life of luxury for many years with her new family in New Plymouth until she had to be euthenised in 2022 after a short battle with cancer.

 

Many thanks to Gloria and Roger, Memtzar Kennels for this lovely girl. She proved herself to be not only a great mother, but also a loving and loyal companion.
